I love helping people cultivate presence, connection, & insight – all qualities that can be developed through training our attention, developing greater awareness of mind, body and emotions, and learning to gently get to know & befriend ourself – intentionally.

I can help to facilitate and guide you through this with the 8 week Mindfulness Based Living Course, The 8 week Compassion Based Living Course, Mindfulness yoga classes, Mindful Movement, Meditation and Relaxation Classes – as well as one to one Kind-Space Coaching.

I also offer Retreats & Workshops.

I have just returned from a very positive and enjoyable day at ” The Quiet View” led by Simone.
It was a great opportunity to develop my understanding of self- compassion. The structure and pace of the day was excellent giving opportunity for personal reflection as well as time to practice exercises to take away. Simone skilfully wove in readings from eminent writers in the field, as well as poetry that linked really well to the themes we explored throughout the day.
The venue- The Quiet View was a perfect choice for this day, providing a relaxing and nurturing space to enjoy learning and take time out for reflection and mindful exercises. Having a small number of participants contributed to the creation of a safe space, and as ever it was lovely to meet like minded people.

What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is an innate capacity of the mind to be aware of the present moment in a non-judgemental and compassionate way. It can be developed through training and promotes a way of being that helps us take better care of ourselves and others, and lead healthier lives. By practising it the mind learns to be less distracted, calmer and gain more clarity. With its practical application in daily life it is particularly relevant to our time and its teachings remain as fresh as ever.
