Women’s Mindful Wellbeing Circle

The Women’s monthly Mindful Wellbeing Circle is a safe online space for women who are interested in cultivating their health & crafting their life using the practices of mindfulness & self-compassion & more – for those women committed to cultivating their awareness, honing their attention and living the best version of themselves they can be.

With monthly theme’s such as ‘mindful mornings’ ‘mindful relating’ and more each month we meet to explore a different topic, share our highs and lows, insights and reflections and offer each other support, learn from each other, and grow our capacity for mindfulness & intentional living.

The group is a not a therapy group – but rather a gentle space to explore different topics together with other women, for fun, friendship and support.
